Airweld inc. is constantly striving to educate not only ourselves but our customers as well. We offer OSHA Mandated Safety Training as well as Industry Specific Safety Training. Our knowledgeable instructor has over 30 years of industry experience. Welding Classes
Airweld Inc. offers welding classes from the novice to the expert in our newly renovated Welding School located at our Farmingdale location. Classes range from $400.00 to $600.00 depending on the welding process. Each application (mig, stick, tig) has 3 different levels of classes available:
- Basic – The basic welding course is a beginner class for the individual looking to learn how to weld in the process chosen. All welding is done in flat position.
- Intermediate – The intermediate welding course is designed for an individual who wants to learn how to weld out of position and who aready has welding experience.
- Advanced – The advanced welding course is designed to help an individual pass their welding test in GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG) and SMAW Stick).
All welding classes consist of two 4-hour Saturday classes which start at 8:00 am and ends at 12:00 pm. We will supply you for the day with helmets, jackets, gloves and safety glasses if needed. Each student will also receive a 15% discount voucher to be used at any of our eleven locations. (cannot be used for any gas cylinder products)
All classes scheduled online or anyone that registers in person are required to leave a 50% deposit. All students are required to give us at least 48 hours’ notice of any cancellation in order to receive their deposit back. Anyone who registered online will also be required to give us 48 hours’ notice so that they can receive their full refund.
